Screenplay

They meet up with the space station and dock. GEORGIANA, due mainly to her small size manages to be first through, flying past HIROMI and SERGEI who are interacting with the ASTRONAUT who came to greet them. GEORGIANA goes exploring.

She encounters a group of three ASTRONAUTS who are moving a large piece of equipment (it's an instrument package for Iridium, headed for the same shuttle they will be riding on, but GEORGIANA doesn't know this).

She watches them quietly while they work. One astronaut does notice her and smiles, but they are mostly absorbed in what they are doing.

Then she hears a goat bleating and sees the escapee bounce off a panel in an adjacent module.

TIM:
(in the background)
The goat's loose again!

GEORGIANA bounces back towards Tim's voice, now carrying the goat. Tim presently comes into view, and they proceed back towards the LTS/Artemis tug.

[... some more character action seems appropriate here, but I haven't got it ...]

DOCKING

THEY FLOAT INTO SPACE STATION.

TIM AND JOSH SHOW UP

TIM IN THE DISTANCE CHASING A GOAT.

TIM: Hey you. Come back!

GEORGY LAUNCHES ACROSS THE HALL AND CATCHES THE BABY GOAT IN HER ARMS.

TIM CATCHES UP TO HER.

TIM: Thank's Georgy. Come on.

HE LEADS HER TO AN OPEN CARRIER. THERE IS ANOTHER GOAT HERE.

NCIS SB010 Space Station

Direction

As the titles finish, we see SPACE STATION ALPHA in the extreme distance, initially no more than a growing dot, as the orbiter catches up with it in orbit.

ALPHA is the evolution of the present International Space Station, but is significantly larger. There are several inflatable modules, and two very large truss assemblies, which we will later see are the Lunar Transportation System (LTS) docking facillities. The docked LTS-171 (LTS tug "Artemis") adds to the perception of bulk.

As we approach, however, we move "under" the station and up to on of the old Russian docking ports in the old part of the station (the ones currently used for Soyuz-TMA docking). It is from this angle that it is easiest to tell that this is actually the same SPACE STATION ALPHA that we know today.

There is a montage of docking activity and com traffic between station and SERGEI aboard the orbiter, as he brings the craft i for docking.

We see in the station, where ASTRONAUT #1 is checking the seal and opening the inside docking-cone hatch. HIROMI and SERGEI move through the hatch to greet the astronaut. Meanwhile, GEORGIANA slips by them all and does an acrobatic maneuver, bouncing off of a wall as she goes in to explore the station.

We follow GEORGIANA as she explores the station. She flies from place to place, looking at all the things that are going on. As the music hits a serious note, we see her check her progress to avoid landing in the middle of a group of astronauts who are moving a large piece of equipment (probably something bound for Iridium that they are moving into the LTS-171 shipping module.

She watches them quietly while they work. One astronaut does notice her and smiles, but they are mostly absorbed in what they are doing.

Meanwhile, we hear the incongruous sound of a goat bleating, and GEORGIANA turns to follow this. In fact the goat is flying through the middle of the air, slowly rotating. He hits a wall and scrambles with another loud bleat, managing to bounce off in another direction GEORGIANA bounces after the goat and catches him.

Storyboards

Sound

Music during docking sequence is "The Sky City" by "Butterfly Tea" from "Magical and Fantasy Musics".

After the hatch opens in the station, we transition to "Silliness in F Sharp Major" by "Mattias Westlund" from "Chronicles I".

There's also the sound of the hatch, ambient sounds aboard the station, conversation of the astronauts, bleatings from the goat, hooves striking the wall. Dialog between Georgiana and Tim.
